Andrew Wandabwa is the Managing Partner at Wandabwa Advocates and an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya, admied to the Bar in 1997. With a distinguished legal career spanning over
two decades, Andrew has built a reputation for delivering strategic counsel and successful representation in complex, highstakes maers. He is highly regarded as an experienced and
respected member of the profession and he has been recognized for being a top statesperson (highest ranking) in litigation in Kenya.
While grounded in the traditional foundations of legal practice, Andrew has developed deep expertise in dispute resolution (including litigation and arbitration), constitutional litigation,
commercial law, conveyancing, public procurement, defamation, debt recovery, and criminal law. He has also undertaken specialized training in Arbitration through the Chartered Institute
of Arbitrators (CIArb).
Andrew holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) degree from the University of Nairobi and a Postgraduate Diploma from the Kenya School of Law. He is a member of the Law Society of Kenya, the East African Law Society, and the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.
He continues to act for a diverse client base, including multinational corporations, regulatory bodies, state corporations, and international clients.
